Cash on Delivery in Pakistan: How "First Check, Then Pay" Works

• Choose your product, colour and size, then tap Add to cart.
• Go to checkout and enter your name, phone number and delivery address.
• Cash on delivery is already selected. Tap Place order. No card is needed.
• You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order.

When your parcel arrives, open it and check the item: the brand, the size, the colour and the condition. If everything is right, pay the rider. Because you pay only after checking, you never risk money on something you have not seen.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 5,000; smaller orders have a flat Rs. 300 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you place the order.

If the size is not right or you change your mind, unused items with their tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The steps are on our returns and exchanges page.

• Give a phone number you will answer so the rider can reach you.
• Add a nearby landmark to your address if your street is hard to find.
• Keep the exact amount ready to make the handover quick.
• Check the size chart on the product page before ordering to avoid exchanges.
